Wulfe & Co has been engaged to direct the leasing of West Houston's newest upscale retail venue District-West, which is located at the Southwest & Southeast corners of Westpark Tollway @ Peek Road, directly adjacent to the south of Cinco Ranch. Kelsey Seybold has already opened one of their regional clinics fronting Westpark, and Star Cinema Grill will break ground on their new 48,000 SF ten screen building next month. Phase I of District-West plans to be open mid-to-late 2018 with approximately 70,000 SF featuring upscale patio restaurants, shopping, and manicured greenspace areas for family outings.
